300 dpi are a series of portraits which are produced via low-tech digital documentation. I minutely parse the movement of the subject, digitally documenting the time lapse progress of response during visually recorded interview consequently the series of photographs are used as a multi-reference for the process of painting. The painting process is carefully considered through appropriate brush size to determine scale and plastering knives used as a shield to determine direction thereby providing the structure for a mechanistic representation of the subject.
