Wall Installation
IU Bloomington
December 2011

This work utilizes two primary resources gleaned from a copious repository of bureaucratic efficiency. I elected to determine whether the docile constituent of the evaluatory spread sheet and statistical book had aesthetic potential and consequently crafted a binary form with which to execute a large wall installation. This is a labor intensive activity which required that each sheet of paper be folded 13 times to create its initial transformation from two to three dimensions and then required two incisions to receive two paper clips in order to produce its integrous and final form. These forms were then pinned to a wall in rows whose color sequence was determined by a dice roll. This is a flexible work which I intend to realize in a three dimension format, its context is intended to provoke and its form acts as accessory to this process.
